PEER-TO-PEER SUPPORT?
Peer to peer support for physicians is a powerful tool for fostering physician wellness. When caring for patients, providers routinely manage difficult personal emotions and challenging interpersonal dynamics. A skilled peer supporter can create a non-judgmental space which allows for open and honest reflection on a variety of difficult subjects.
